Q1: How can I place an order?

A: Browse products on telsoost.com, add items to cart and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment succeeds. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it.

Q2: How long will it take to ship my order?

A: Standard orders ship within 1‑5 business days after payment. Pre‑order and custom items follow lead times shown on product pages. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays.

Q3: Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

A: Product price does not include customs duties, VAT or local import taxes. Import fees may be charged by your local customs authority and shall be borne by customers.

Q4: What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

A: Please contact us at support@telsoost.com with your order number and photos of damaged goods. We will assist you to submit a claim to the logistics carrier.

Q5: How do I return or exchange items?

Q6: When can I receive my refund?

A: Approved refunds take 3‑10 business days to process back to your original payment account. The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider.

A: Contact support@telsoost.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be modified or cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, order cancellation is not available.

A: We follow GDPR and CCPA privacy regulations. Your personal information is only used for order processing. We will never sell your data. You may request data access or deletion via our support email.
