Shipping Policy

Standard orders will be processed and shipped within 1‑5 business days after payment confirmation. Pre‑order or custom‑made items follow the lead time stated on product pages.

International delivery may be delayed due to customs inspection, weather conditions, local policy changes or other uncontrollable events. MASA ONIS INC shall not be responsible for compensation for shipping delays.

It is customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery address. Additional charges caused by wrong address, undeliverable packages or returned shipments will be borne by the buyer.

Once goods are handed over to the carrier, ownership of goods transfers to the customer. For lost, damaged or delayed parcels, please email support@telsoost.com. We will assist you to file claims with logistics providers but we do not take direct compensation liability.
