You may submit return or exchange requests within 15 calendar days upon receipt of goods by emailing support@telsoost.com.

Returned merchandise must be unused, in original condition, with complete original packaging and all accessories, free of stains, scratches or artificial damage.

• If returns are caused by personal preference, size mismatch or non‑quality reasons: Buyer covers all return and reshipping shipping fees.
• If items arrive defective, wrong or missing: We cover related shipping cost and offer full refund or replacement.

Returns or refunds will NOT be granted under the following conditions: goods damaged by human factors, self‑modified products, beyond return time window, normal wear‑and‑tear, damage caused by force majeure, no valid order proof.

After return inspection is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3‑10 business days. Actual arrival time depends on your payment service provider.
