1. Return Conditions
You have 15 days from delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it.

Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Customized theosamu final sale items are non-returnable.

2. How to Start a Return
Please contact us at support@theosamu.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5-7 business days), we will refund you via your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-defective items.

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Return Shipping Costs:

• For quality-related issues (defective/wrong item): We bear all shipping costs (both ways).

• For buyer's remorse (no longer wanted/ordered by mistake):

  1. Free Shipping items: You bear return shipping cost only.

  2. Non-free shipping items: You bear shipping costs both ways.

• Shipping Insurance is recommended at checkout
